My Thesis-Subconscious Anatomy

These images question the relationship between reality and illusion. In short, we believe what we want to believe and what makes us comfortable is often a form of self-deception.

My work is comprised of objects that create abstract shapes in the form of self-expression, leading the viewer to appreciate the visual representation of each specific body part.

Using Surrealist methods, I made connections from the unconscious that are seemingly random but create a new image. My objective is to capture the beauty of specific body parts in unexpected ways.
